Great service from Jamie, Ali and Diane – very helpful measuring up the unit beforehand, good advice on what we’d need, very reasonable rates, and they provided a nice clean modern storage unit in a secure location (which, critically, we could access 24×7 without any further charges). Flexible about giving notice too (no “month or part thereof” nonsense experienced with other companies, we were just invoiced for the time we actually used) and, most importantly, nice folks who were very easy to deal with. Customer service is very helpful, very efficient at answering questions and getting set up with them is incredibly simple and speedy. Their storage facility is very tidy and safe, and it is simple to self-serve and come back to add/remove things from your storage as you please.
I enjoyed the facilities at Whitehall Self Storage for well over a year, in the form of a lockup building plus the use of two ISO containers. The service provided was second to none and I am most grateful for the standard maintained throughout my tenure. I was particularly impressed and indeed reassured by the level of security on site plus the overall condition of the ISO containers – for they were brand new, dry, water/condensation proof and high grade padlocks were provided. All in all, a first class experience. Thank you.
I would thoroughly recommend Whitehall storage. I rented a unit for 18 months and had 24 hours access to it. They responded quickly to my initial request and were very swift to respond to any questions. They are a very friendly company who work well with their customers. I have already recommended them to others!
